Cyanboxer offers branding, visual identity, digital design, and print material services. Each project is defined by a written brief and a contract signed by both parties, detailing the deliverables, deadlines, and associated costs.

All materials created by Cyanboxer remain the property of the agency until full payment of the invoice. After payment, the client receives unlimited usage rights, unless otherwise agreed in the contract. The client's pre-existing elements remain their property.

The client undertakes to provide complete and accurate information, respond within a maximum of 5 business days to our requests, and adhere to payment deadlines. Repeated delays may lead to project suspension until the situation is resolved.

Cyanboxer assumes no liability for any indirect losses or moral damages caused by the use of the delivered materials. Our total liability is limited to the invoiced amount for the respective project. We do not guarantee that our services will generate specific commercial results.

Information shared by the client during the collaboration is treated confidentially and is not disclosed to third parties without the client's written consent. Exceptions include situations provided by law or cases where the information is already public.
